Main responsibilities

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with global Procurement teams as a trusted legal advisor on strategic sourcing initiatives.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial agreements for goods and services including technology, SaaS, AI and other digital solutions where required.
  • Provide practical, risk-based legal guidance on commercial, operational, and governance matters.
  • Support global projects and transactions while balancing legal risks with business objectives working independently and in collaboration with legal colleagues across jurisdictions.
  • Deliver legal training and awareness sessions to Procurement and digital stakeholders.
  • Identify, assess, and manage legal risks across procurement activities and technology-related projects .
  • Assist in the management of disputes, dispute resolution matters and external counsel where appropriate.
  • Collaborate across legal, compliance, and business teams to drive successful outcomes including supporting colleagues on cross-border matters requiring Swiss law expertise.
  • Contribute to innovation, continuous improvement, and adoption of new legal technologies. Essential Requirements
