Main responsibilities
- You will independently deal with challenging legal issues in the specialist areas of the Ticino claims centre (motor vehicle, property, liability and personal injury), with a focus on liability and insurance law
- You supervise and lead legal cases from their right pendency
- You support the specialist departments in recourse cases You design and conduct internal training
- You work closely with the claims and specialist areas in Italian-Switzerland and German-speaking Switzerland
- You bring a certain willingness to travel in order to make appointments in Ticino Requirements
- You have a completed Swiss legal degree and a Swiss attorney’s patent
- You bring several years of practical professional experience, preferably in the insurance environment and/or in the legal profession
- You have in-depth knowledge of liability and insurance law
- You convince through negotiation skills, assertiveness and a solution-oriented working method
- You are characterized by a high willingness to learn and commitment
