What you will achieve
- You independently handle demanding legal issues from the specialist areas of the Ticino Claims Center (motor vehicle, property, liability, and personal injury), with a focus on liability and insurance law
- You oversee and manage litigation cases from the time they become pending
- You support the specialist departments in recourse cases
- You design and conduct internal training sessions
- You work closely with the claims and specialist departments in Italian-speaking Switzerland as well as German-speaking Switzerland
- You bring a certain willingness to travel in order to attend appointments in Ticino
What you bring
- You have completed a Swiss law degree and hold a Swiss bar exam
- You bring several years of practical professional experience, preferably in the insurance environment and/or in a law firm
- You have sound knowledge of liability and insurance law
- You impress with negotiation skills, assertiveness, and a solution-oriented way of working
- You are characterized by a high willingness to learn and commitment
- In addition to business-fluent German skills, you have business-fluent Italian skills in spoken and written form (mandatory) for supporting the Ticino Claims Center

Requirements
Completed Swiss law degree and Swiss bar exam
Several years of practical professional experience, preferably in insurance or law
In-depth knowledge of liability and insurance law
Strong negotiation skills, assertiveness, and solution-oriented approach
High willingness to learn and strong dedication
Business-fluent German language skills
