- As Investor Relations Officer, your basic responsibilities are to ensure the correct flow of relevant information and company messages, analyze financial community expectations and sentiments, develop the financial community’s understanding and appreciation of Roche’s pharmaceutical business with focus on the development pipeline.

Main responsibilities
- As Investor Relations Officer, your basic responsibilities are to ensure the correct flow of relevant information and company messages, analyze financial community expectations and sentiments, develop the financial community’s understanding and appreciation of Roche’s pharmaceutical business with focus on the development pipeline.
- You will gain experience related to internal and external communication to senior management and the financial community. The Opportunity :
- Liaise with franchise heads, product teams, business units, competitive intelligence teams, business development, communication and finance to keep up to date with the Pharma pipeline and ongoing business developments
- Contribute to quarterly results presentations for the management team with focus on the preparation and review of slides decks and Q&A
- Organize IR events, develop story lines and contribute to external presentations delivered by senior management at medical conferences and IR company days (e.g.
- Pharma Day, Diagnostics Day, ESG Day, Digitalization Day)
- Review and provide feedback to achieve alignment between IR and communication teams for Media & IR releases in assigned areas
- Prepare supporting materials and draft Q&A documents for senior management prior to investor conferences/visits
- Compile analyst notes to summarize financial community sentiment, expectations and projections
- You will be acting as a key point of contact for analysts and investors to process all sustainability (ESG: Environmental, Social, Governance) related requests
