Role overview

Tasks

• Responsibility for the coordinated control of the perioperative processes as well as the optimal integration of emergency patients into the ongoing operation

• Management and moderation of the daily surgical report to ensure a smooth flow of information and efficient resource planning

• Close coordination and cooperation with relevant interdisciplinary interfaces to ensure efficient and patient-oriented operation

• Co-responsibility for short- and medium-term operational planning taking into account medical, human and infrastructure requirements

• Ensuring compliance with the surgical regulations (surgical regulations) and collecting and preparing relevant key figures and data to support reporting and continuous process optimization

Requirements

• Medical education (FH level or adequate training) or comparable qualification

• Further training in surgical management is advantageous

• Several years of professional experience in operation

• Communicative and proactive personality with an independent and solution-oriented working method

• Decision-making and a high sense of responsibility
