In order to be able to carry out the increasing number of orders, we are currently expanding our site in Bubendorf to include what will become the world’s most modern peptide and oligonucleotide production building. As part of the Bachem Group, you make your individual contribution to the production of life-saving active ingredients.
We are looking for a Group Leader in the analytical GMP environment. In this varied and interdisciplinary function, the main task is to lead and develop a competent and committed team. Excellent analytical know-how and excellent leadership skills form your basis for successful work. As a strategically thinking leader, you actively shape the development of your team. They are responsible for the correct and timely processing of batch releases, validations and stability analyses. Due to particularly pronounced understanding and process understanding, you are able to embed your own task in the higher-level context and to prioritize it meaningfully in the event of scheduling conflicts. You are also involved in the continuous improvement of processes and processes.
Your profile
- Completed scientific studies or comparable analytical basic training
- Several years of leadership experience in the industrial, pharmaceutical environment
- Proven expertise in (U)HPLC analysis in the GMP environment
- Strong service mentality and a modern understanding of structures
- Sound understanding of compliance in the analytical GMP environment and the underlying regulations (USP, Ph. Eur.)
- Dedicated leader who enjoys working with people
- Communicative and well-structured organizational talent
- Living as an example of a progressive culture of empowerment and innovation
- Negotiating knowledge of German and English
