MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR

Your role and responsibilities

• Ensure that preventive, predictive maintenance work and repairs are performed safely, effectively and timely to ensure the reliability of the plants.
• Manage the maintenance of the entire plant park by focusing specifically on the mechanical part, ensuring constant coordination and operational synergy with the supervisor of the electric area.
• Coordinate, lead and lead the internal maintenance team and oversee the work of external companies.
• Plan and organize workshop interventions, defining operational priorities in close collaboration with the supervisor of the electrical area, factory leaders and production.
• Manage and update the annual plan of preventive maintenance and coordinate operational planning in collaboration with the planner.
• Organize and plan your picket shifts to ensure technical assistance out of time.
• Promote and ensure safety at work in compliance with current standards and environmental directives and 5S.
• Identify team training needs, update the skill matrix and define the annual goals of the staff conducted.
• Collaborate with the management of spare parts warehouse ( SAP registrations) and verify invoices related to third party performance and supplies.

What are we looking for?

• Diploma STS/SUP/ETH or equivalent technical training in the mechanical field with proven experience in a similar role within industrial/structured realities.
• Consolidated experience in the maintenance of industrial plants.
• Experienced in the management and management of technical personnel.
• Excellent Italian mastery; good knowledge of German and English is required.
• Good computer skills (MS Office, Google Workspace, SAP).
• Excluded organizational, communication, priority management (multi-tasking) and negotiation skills.
• Flexibility in working hours and attitude to teamwork and continuous improvement.
