- Provide Strategic Guidance: Deliver systematic support, consultancy, and technical leadership across the organization, including solving complex technical issues and conducting project reviews.

- Experience: At least 10 years of international experience across companies and cultures, including line management and experience leading a global organization.
- Leadership & Communication: Proven ability to lead, inspire, and collaborate effectively within a matrix organization without direct reporting lines, backed by clear and transparent decision-making.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong critical thinking, well-developed problem-solving abilities, a high propensity for self-reflection, and a passion for continuous improvement.
