Main responsibilities
- Together with the vocational trainer of the department, you take on co-responsibility for vocational training in the bed department
- You accompany, promote and empower the learners on their way to our future professionals
- As part of the Learning and Working Group (LAG), you work with the trainees in all shifts directly at the patient bed
- You design the LAG according to FaGe competences
- Your communication skills are not neglected, because you conduct regular training interviews and qualify the trainees after each internship. Requirements
- You have successfully completed your education as a health professional and already have professional experience in the acute field
- Great, if you have already completed an educational training (SVEB), otherwise we will be happy to support you.
- You have very good knowledge of German in word and writing
