Main responsibilities
- Participate in the different phases of PIM projects: framing, functional design, recipe, deployment and post-go-live support
Application process
- Conduct business workshops, collect user needs, challenge applications and formalize them in the form of functional specifications, user stories and acceptance criteria
- Contribute to the modelling of data produced in Akeneo PIM: families, attributes, categories, channels, local, enrichment rules and workflows
- Define, run and document functional tests prior to delivery of solutions to end users
- Contribute, in collaboration with QA or technical teams, to the automation of non-regression tests where relevant
- Coordinate the activities of resources for development, platform maintenance, integration and data migration
- Provide Level 2 functional support to users
- Monitor incidents, anomalies and requests for evolution with editors, integrators and internal teams until resolved
- Contributing to continuous improvement in the quality of data produced and enrichment processes
