- Overall responsibility for study and doctoral administration (BSc, MSc, doctorate, continuing education) Coordination of studies
- Conception, introduction and strategic development of the degree programmes (BSc, MSc, doctorate)
- Support of the study directorate and the doctoral officer in regulation and policy work
- Analysis and preparation of key figures in the teaching sector Studies advice
- Advice in complex study situations and coordination of study-relevant concerns
- Central contact person for students, doctoral candidates and lecturers as well as the rectorate in teaching matters
- Design and organisation of information and introduction events
- First point of contact for students and doctoral candidates for support in crisis situations and conflict management
