- General office tasks such as post, orders, document management and IT coordination
- Creating social media posts in collaboration with the branding department of Balgrist University Hospital Collection of consumables Parking management and rental services
- Obtaining offers and appointments with suppliers in cooperation with the Technical Service of the University Hospital Balgrist
Company and context
- Administrative support of the management: scheduling, meeting organization, daily support as right hand
- Personnel administration (campus admin + platforms) incl.
- Preparation and tracking of mutations, time recording and organizational support for entry – in cooperation with Balgrist HR
- Collaboration with various departments of the Balgrist University Hospital Requirements
- Commercial education or experience in a comparable capacity
- Professional experience in administration or assistance
- Experience in university environment or in health care desirable
- Safe handling of administrative processes as well as SAP or comparable software
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint)
- Friendly appearance, even in hectic situations and a high demand for service quality
