BAULEITER:IN HIGH BUILDING / COLLECTION 80–100% — AFRY, Zurich. Job description About us We develop, plan and implement challenging infrastructure projects of various kinds – from residential and commercial buildings to public buildings and industry and technical facilities as new buildings to complex conversions and repairs. Together with architects, specialist planners and clients, we accompany our projects from planning to successful realisation. Their tasks

• Independent construction management of demanding infrastructure projects for the departments of overall planning and structural engineering
• Responsibility for coordination and monitoring of construction work in terms of quality, costs and deadlines
• Leadership and coordination of entrepreneurs, specialist planners, authorities and other project participants
• Ensuring professional implementation in accordance with planning documents, SIA standards and technical specifications
• Preparation of tenders, forecasts, work contracts and appointment and construction programmes
• Management of construction meetings including logging and site reporting
• Examination of invoices, supplements and dimensions
• Support of project and overall management during all implementation phases
• Cooperation in the further development of modern construction processes and digital working methods (BIM/BIM2Field) Your profile
• Completed training in construction (construction manager: in HFP/HF, technician: in HF, architect: in FH/ETH or equivalent)
• Experience in the construction management of building construction projects in Switzerland
• Good knowledge of Swiss standards as well as construction and contracting (SIA)
• Experience in tendering and devising with NPK/CRB
• Safe handling of MS Office and digital construction administration tools
• Structured, independent and solution-oriented working method
• Communication-strong, assertive and team-oriented personality
• Very good knowledge of German in word and writing Your opportunities
