Ideally more than 3 years of professional experience: in the supermarket sector
Completed basic or further training: in retail or an equivalent training in the food sector
Several years of professional experience in a management position
A higher level of further training (preferably retail specialist, hotel management school or other HFP) Enthusiasm for retail
Enjoyment in leading and supporting employees
Strong customer orientation and convincing demeanor Commitment, resilience and flexibility
