- Ensure a timely and smooth flow of information to our branches and drivers
- Answer and process customer and supplier inquiries regarding transports
- Support operational coordination for changes to the route plan General administrative activities Requirements
- at least 3 years of professional experience: in a comparable capacity
- Completed initial or further training: in transport
- Proven geography skills for German-speaking Switzerland & Ticino
- Readiness for shift operation between 03.30 - approx. 7 p.m. (Mo Sa)
- Team players with good communication skills
