Main responsibilities

- Technical surgical support for doctors and surgical staff, mainly urologists/gynecologists as well as surgeons and proctologists in hospitals, clinics and outpatient facilities.
- Support of our customers through surgical aftercare in the form of product instructions and programming, patient training as well as assistance with inquiries from doctors, nurses and patients.
- Implementation of training courses, workshops and product training for customers, participation in doctor training and accompanying doctors.
- Market monitoring, exchange and dissemination of current market information
- Participation in national and international congresses and events
- Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through close support and excellent service
- You are the product specialist of sacred neurostimulation or Sacred nerve stimulation and one relies on your knowledge. Required knowledge and experience:
- Studies in business administration, or medical/medical engineering
- 2-5 years of experience in comparable positions, preferably in medical technology, with a demonstrable success in customer support and loyalty

- The role of the Technical Consultant (TC) is to support our customers with applications related to the Sacred Neuromodulation (SNM) product area, especially implantation and aftercare.
- This is done in close coordination with the area responsible, the Therapy Sales Specialists.
- They build close relationships with customers, provide on-site technical support, act as a link between customers and internal teams in order to be able to offer our service and product solutions to customers in a timely and successful manner.
