Company and context
- Together with the laboratory management, you share responsibility for the professional, organizational and personnel management of the laboratory Clinical Chemistry and Immunology
- You take responsibility for the service planning of around 21 RTD and ensure efficient, customer-oriented and smooth laboratory operation
- When implementing projects, you contribute your know-how and make a significant contribution to the continuous development of processes, organizational structures and quality standards.
- In the function of deputy representative of the BMA HF, you take on management tasks and actively support the team in day-to-day operations, including reduced participation in the service. Requirements
- For this function, you have completed training as a biomedical / analyst / HF or biomedical / laboratory diagnostician / FH. foreign trades are subject to recognition of the SRC; at least one positive PreCheck SRK CH must be present
- Thanks to your strong communication skills, your sense of responsibility and your enjoyment of management and coordination tasks, you succeed in accompanying employees and successfully shaping laboratory operations.
- Several years of professional experience in clinical chemistry and/or immunology form the basis for your professional expertise and your safe action in everyday laboratory life
