at the Department of Business Economics, Health and Social (DEASS) and Human Resources (DIR) in Manno and the Department of Innovative Technologies (DTI) in Lugano-Viganello.

  • Prepared for teamwork and collaboration, as well as the ability to operate independently and responsiblely.
  • Digital skills: good knowledge in the use of computer programs and new technologies.

  • It will have the opportunity to concretely apply the theoretical skills acquired during the business journey, contributing to the achievement of the expected formative objectives. Main activities include
  • Management of requests from students, collaborators and external guests, ensuring a professional and customer care service oriented to the needs of the user.
  • Language skills: excellent knowledge of the Italian language, school knowledge of a second national language and/or English. A dynamic and changing working environment.
  • Additional documentation (judicial casebook, copy of an identity document) may be requested later. Additional job information may be required
