It is responsible for the implementation of the Swiss law on aliens and asylum, the Agreement on the free movement of persons between Switzerland and the EU and EFTA states as well as the Schengen and Dublin Agreements.

- In particular, you are responsible within the framework of the applicable provisions of the Aliens and Integration Act (AIG) for the independent processing of applications for granting permits under foreigners law as well as for measures ending residence.
- You check the documents of the applicants, write orders and carry out a variety of correspondence.
- You appreciate the written contact with the applicants, their legal representatives as well as with the authorities of the Federation, cantons and municipalities in German.
- For this demanding and versatile task, we require at least a commercial education (Kauffrau/Kaufmann EFZ) and some years of professional experience or a completed Bachelor.
- You are skilled in written expression and are interested in legal issues as well as in the structured and precise writing of complex decisions.
