Professional Health 80 - 100% with an additional function as a vocational trainer
Their tasks
- Responsible for the organization, planning and implementation of learning accompaniments on the stations
- Contact person for our AGS and FaGe learners and HF students
- Holistic care and care of the guests in the sense of our care mission statement and the care process
- Planning and support of medical visits
- Electronic care documentation through CareCoach
- Management of the care process and management of case discussions
- Assumption of tasks as a caregiver
- Assumption of daily responsibility and coordination of the day team
- Assumption of tasks as a thematic sponsor of an assigned subject with technical authority
Your profile
- A warm and humorous basic attitude
- Completed training for/specialist health EFZ
- Vocational training course completed
- Professional experience in long-term care desired
- Secure communication in the German language in word and writing
