Klinik Im Hasel AG is a psychiatric-psychotherapeutic specialist clinic with a cantonal service mandate for the treatment of addiction and trauma disorders. As a health insurance-approved institution and part of the cantonal hospital list, we offer high-quality, evidence-based and human-oriented treatment for our patients. Your tasks
- Schedule management
- Personnel planning of therapeutic and medical staff
- Receipt
- Support and coordination of reporting
- Assistance in the operation of the telephone exchange
- Versatile and demanding contacts with patients, their relatives and all other visitors
- Representation of work colleagues
Your profile
- Completed training as a medical/practice assistant/in with commercial further education or business assistant/Kaufmann EFZ with professional experience in the hospital/clinical field
- Strong organisational capacity
- In-depth Office/ERP/KIS user knowledge
- Stylistic German
- flexible and resilient person with a sense of responsibility and initiative
- Confidence and trustworthiness
