Main responsibilities
- First point of contact for customers around goods pick-ups, orders and returns
- Reliable collection and smooth execution of client orders
- Competent customer advice in search of the perfect product – in the shop and online
- Active use on the shop floor: filling shelves, maintaining showroom and ensuring goods transfer
- Engaged handling of customer concerns behind the scenes in customer service
- Fixed bets on Saturdays with flexible distribution for the rest of the week Requirements
- 2-3 years: In the field of consumer electronics
- No training/further training required German (negotiable) English (good knowledge): Other languages are an advantage
- Good understanding of e-commerce and real enthusiasm for the digital shopping world
- Fascination for the range combined with a cool head in stressful moments and high flexibility
