- Management of creditor and debitor accounting including payment, payment and collection processes
- Independent preparation of heating and ancillary costs accounts
Main responsibilities
- Management of creditor and debitor accounting including payment, payment and collection processes
- Independent preparation of heating and ancillary costs accounts
- Coordination and data reconciliation between Garaio REM and SAP and implementation of inter-company voting Preparation of VAT invoices
- Participation in monthly, quarterly and annual accounts
- Active participation in process optimizations and promotion of cross-team cooperation within accounting requirements
- Training in accounting (expert or comparable training) and at least two years of experience in property accounting
- Precise, reliable and responsible working methods with high quality standards
- Motivated, service-oriented and positive personality, which works independently and structured
- Enjoy teamwork and interest in professional development and active co-design
- Secure IT user knowledge, in particular MS Office; experience with Garaio REM, SAP knowledge of advantage We offer
