- Support for the introduction and sustainable use of digital collaboration solutions in close cooperation with the Office of Informatics
- Design, implementation and moderation of training, workshops, consultations and exchange formats on collaborative forms of work
- Monitoring technological and cultural developments and deriving appropriate fields of action for administration

- Participation in organizational development, change and transformation projects within the framework of the digital administration of Graubünden Requirements
- Completed higher education or equivalent higher education in business administration, psychology, human resources, organizational development or a related field
- Experience in monitoring cross-cutting projects and dealing with different stakeholders
- Experience in applying and introducing digital collaboration solutions and understanding the connections between working methods, organization and technology
- Experience in accompanying change processes as well as knowledge of team and group dynamics
- Analytical and structured working method, strong communication and persuasion as well as high empathy for different perspectives
