Role overview
Our after sales service in Dintikon handles returns and in particular warranty cases in cooperation with our suppliers.
In the Refurbishing Team, you give returned goods a second life.
You check, clean and reset devices so that they go back on sale technically flawless and clean.

Main responsibilities
- You control returned products for functionality and completeness
- Missing accessories you complement so that the product is complete again
- Technically and visually you prepare the products – including data deletion on electronic devices
- You ensure that all products and product descriptions meet our high quality standards
- You document the condition and properties independently in the ERP system so that the products are back for sale Requirements
- Advantage: warehouse, production, technical area or preparation of goods
- Consumer electronics is your thing – you bring real interest and expertise
- You are resilient, have physical endurance and a careful, reliable and independent work method
- On the computer you work safely and use sovereign ERP systems
- You adapt to continuous changes in the working environment while remaining flexible
