Clinic for Forensic Psychiatry (KFP)

For the Clinic for Forensic Psychiatry (KFP) we are looking for you as The Psychiatric Services Aargau AG (PDAG) is responsible for the high-quality medical, therapeutic and nursing treatment and care of mentally ill people in the Canton of Aargau. Over the area

The Clinic for Forensic Psychiatry (KFP) consists of the expert opinion centre, the Center for Forensic Psychiatry Stationary (ZFPS) and the Center for Forensic Psychiatry Outpatient (ZFPA). The expert body produces a large number of expert opinions for administrative contracting authorities every year. The ZFPS comprises six wards with a total of 74 beds, on which mentally ill offenders are treated within the framework of court-ordered therapeutic measures (Art. 59 StGB) and crisis interventions are carried out on patients from prisons and remands. The ZFPA runs a forensic ambulatory and offers a prison psychiatric consiliary and liaison service.

Tasks

• You lead the secretarial team of the CFP with 4 employees professionally and personnel
• You ensure efficient secretarial operation in the clinic
• Together with your team, you support the KFP in various organizational and administrative matters
• They ensure the timely completion of reports and reports and work in day-to-day business
• You maintain contact with internal and external stakeholders

Profile

• You have commercial education and experience in healthcare
• You already have leadership experience
• You have well-versed IT skills (MS Office, personnel planning e.g. Polypoint PEP, electronic documentation in healthcare e.g. ORBIS)
• You are an independent working personality with high social skills and good communication skills
• You think networked and can set priorities well
