Do you want to actively shape the future of flexible personnel solutions in the healthcare sector? Then you take responsibility for the established internal staff pool Flex 26 with around 300 employees and shape its further development. As of January 1, 2027 or by agreement we are looking for you as The Psychiatric Services Aargau AG (PDAG) is responsible for the high-quality medical, therapeutic and nursing treatment and care of mentally ill people in the Canton of Aargau. Over the area

The cross-sectional area of care, education and social service is composed of the following: Competence center education, staff pool flex26, care development, de-escalation management, social service and central registration. The Competence Center for Education supports the staff with and during initial, further and further training and thus makes an important contribution to ensuring a professional and high quality of care. Care quality is also a central concern of care development, which together with the specialists manages cross-station projects based on evidence-based knowledge. Thanks to our own staff pool flex26, we are able to quickly and professionally compensate for short-term vacancies / failures and to compensate with PDAG-internal nursing staff. The de-escalation management supports the treatment team in the competence to de-escalate milieu design, advises and supports employees before and after threat situations. It develops interdisciplinary training concepts and conducts training on this topic. The social service is an important part of the interprofessional treatment offer. It supports and supports patients in social and professional integration with the aim of regaining their independence in everyday life. The central registration is the first point of contact for the external assignees, helps with questions about our offers, accepts assignments and tries them.

Tasks

• They bear overall responsibility for the staff pool and continuously develop its strategic, organizational and economic orientation.
• You are responsible for budget planning, financial controlling and management of the staff pool
• They further develop existing processes, structures and services and align them consistently with the needs of internal stakeholders as well as the requirements of the healthcare sector.
• They drive the digitalization and automation of pool processes and assume a central interface function between the department and IT
• They represent the staff pool internally and externally convincingly and position it as a reliable and competent partner for flexible personnel solutions
• They maintain close cooperation with external recruitment companies and other relevant partners and shape the cooperation actively and economically
• They contribute the perspective of the staff pool at management level, network in various management and decision-making bodies and promote cross-divisional cooperation.
• As a member of the departmental management Care, Education and Social Service (PBS) Together with your departmental management colleagues, you will work on the strategic and organizational development of the entire department.

Profile

• They have higher education in nursing, health, business administration or human resources management or a comparable qualification
• They bring proven leadership experience and understand how to lead leaders, develop employees and provide orientation even in complex structures.
• You have strong business thinking and experience in budget responsibility, controlling, process optimization and economic resource management
• You have experience in recruitment, personnel retention and dealing with flexible personnel deployment models. Healthcare knowledge is beneficial
• They are IT-savvy, understand digital processes and enjoy advancing digitization and automation together with the relevant specialist departments
• They move securely in different management and decision-making bodies, communicate appropriately to the addressee and convince through negotiation skills and networking ability.
• You are an initiative, solution-oriented personality who handles strategic issues as well as operational management tasks.
• They have the willingness to change, the will to shape and the ability to effectively lead employees even over distance
