- You have ideally already worked in the railway environment and have several years of experience in personnel management and/or specialized management in a similar position.

- In this role, you lead the planning and provisioning team of key “construction machinery” resources.
- You manage the ten or so employees who report to you according to the directives of the head of the specialized unit and the SBB conduct directives.
- You are responsible for the planning and programming of all machine resources and means of transport in the long, medium and short term according to economic principles, with a significant impact on the group's objectives in terms of punctuality and customer satisfaction.
