For the central registration we are looking for you as

Tasks

• Receiving, recording and processing telephone and written registrations of referees, patients
• Data verification, case-taking and maintenance of data in the administrative system
• Disposition of admissions taking into account all medical and organizational aspects
• Coordination and ensuring the flow of information internally and externally
• Planning coordination between different clinics/centres internally and externally to ensure efficient patient care and bed use
• Participation in interdisciplinary reports
• Ensuring optimal bed utilization for your specialist area/clinic/center
• Advice and information treatment offers PDAG

Requirements

• Completed further education as a qualified nurse, experience in psychiatry is beneficial
• Experience in patient disposition is beneficial
• You enjoy the telephone patient and referral contact and a flair for organization and planning
• They are characterized by an independent, reliable and careful working method
• You are a committed and team capable personality who remains resilient and friendly even in hectic situations
• Good manners and a high service orientation distinguish you
• They bring in-depth IT knowledge, especially in MS Office, knowledge in Polypoint, Navision and Orbis are beneficial
• You have stylish knowledge of German in word and writing as well as basic knowledge of English
