- Completed nursing training level HF and preferably work experience in postpartum/gynecology
- Engaged personality with a high sense of responsibility and empathy
- Flexibility, resilience, reliability and organisational skill Teamwork and a positive attitude
- Willingness to take over all shifts (for postpartum experience, continuous night vigil is also possible if desired)
- Professional understanding of care, future-oriented thinking and acting as well as a high level of customer orientation
