As part of the global Digital Transformation Office, we are looking for a Digital Transformation Associate to support the Head Digital Transformation in driving strategic initiatives and enabling execution across a wide range of topics.

Company and context
- You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across the global organization, help ensure transparency, and act as a change agent in our digital journey.
- Build the transformation portfolio Support the management and ongoing development of the global digital transformation portfolio, contributing to transparency across strategic initiatives Prepare analyses, slides, and supporting materials for executive‑level updates to senior leadership and governance bodies Support key strategic projects Act as a sparring partner or project support for selected high-priority digital initiatives Support or co‑coordinate DTO‑driven strategic initiatives, including planning, execution, and coordination activities Drive change and push for innovation Support teams during early‑stage digital idea exploration and pipeline preparation Assist teams in translating business needs into structured, feasible digital initiatives Contribute to digital capability building, including preparation of materials for trainings, events, and community sessions
