For reinforcement we are looking for you as from 1 October 2026 or by agreement

Tasks

• Management of the website and intranet as well as responsibility for its strategic and technical development
• Professional responsibility for the internal communication platform "Beekeeper"
• Project management for web and intranet projects
• Management of the web agency and coordination of agency, internal IT and other suppliers
• Supervision of our web and intranet editorial team (support, training), creation of instructions
• Writing and optimizing website texts
• Managing our Google company profile and publishing social media posts
• Creating newsletters
• Monitoring, controlling and reporting of online communication measures

Requirements

• Successfully completed education or training in the field of digital or online marketing
• Experience in a similar position desirable
• Sound knowledge in the areas of UX, AI, SEO, content marketing, accessibility and online data protection
• Knowledge of CMS (ideally TYPO3)
• Knowledge of Adobe Acrobat Pro and/or InDesign as well as Google Search Console and GA4, plus Matomo
• Familiarity with the communication platform "Beekeeper" is an advantage
• Good experience in newsletter tools
• Strong organisational, communication and team skills as well as the pleasure of using them in daily work
• Very good written and oral language
