combined transport from a single source. As a young and innovative transport company, we connect the whole of Switzerland with our own trains and trucks and transport goods from door to door. railCare AG is a subsidiary of Coop and employs around 600 people at 14 locations.

Tasks

• Driving fast freight trains from Wangen near Olten or Schafisheim
• Diverse routes depending on language skills throughout Switzerland
• Operation of modern locomotives
• Train preparation and load control
• Implementation of demanding manoeuvres with innovative and modern vehicles
• Safe application and compliance with regulations, implementation provisions railCare/SBB-I and laws

Requirements

• trained train driver/category B
• independent, flexible, responsible and high performance and commitment
• Readiness for shift work, missions of Mo-So, as well as on holidays
• very good knowledge of German in words and writing, knowledge of French is advantageous
• technical understanding or training in a technical environment
• Willingness to expand personal expertise through further education
