For our motivated team of the acute care unit with a focus on "psychosis" of the Department of Psychiatry and Psychotherapy, we are looking for you as

Tasks

• Further development of the station in co-direction with the shed guide
• Personnel management and team development (about 18 employees)
• Consolidating effective organisational structures and processes
• Active participation in dual leadership as well as in intensive interprofessional cooperation in acute psychiatric setting
• Active participation in future-oriented change processes, especially in the further development of nursing-therapeutic offers

Requirements

• Nursing professional (HF/FH) with professional experience in inpatient psychiatry
• Integrous and trustworthy personality with high self- and social competence
• Proven leadership skills with appropriate leadership experience are beneficial
• Enjoying complex challenges and high dynamics
