• Telephone customer advice and troubleshooting for our heating products
• Initiation of necessary follow-up measures
• Technical documentation
• Recording of service operations and spare parts orders
• Ensuring the weekend readiness service your profile
• Completed technical vocational training or comparable qualification – also as a lateral entrant from a comparable industry (e.g. field of mechatronics, electrics, household appliance technology or the like), ideally with further training as a master / technician HLK
• Electrical specialist training or knowledge
