- You primarily focus on the strategic major project for the renewal of our application landscape and accompany the departments methodically in this forward-looking transformation.
- You will take up the requirements for the new systems, identify weaknesses in the previous processes and make suggestions for improvement.
- You will closely accompany stakeholders throughout the entire process of demand assessment, establish the business case safely, define acceptance criteria for the project, carry out tests and organise user training if necessary.
- You will also advise the clients on organisational optimization and cost-effectiveness in the context of this system replacement.
- Depending on the project phase, you will be responsible for managing work packages within this transformation program.
