For our Ambulatorium Aarau we are looking for 1. January 2027 or by agreement a dedicated and service-oriented personality as The Psychiatric Services Aargau AG (PDAG) is responsible for the high-quality medical, therapeutic and nursing treatment and care of mentally ill people in the Canton of Aargau. Over the area

The Centre Psychiatry and Psychotherapy ambulant (centre director Dr. med.) Katrin Hanno is part of the Clinic for Psychiatry and Psychotherapy (Clinic Director Prof. Dr. med. Marc Walter). With its five locations (Aarau, Baden, Rheinfelden, Wohlen and Zofingen), it offers mental health care for the population in the canton of Aargau. The centre includes four outpatient centres with specialised consultation hours, group therapies and work coaching, as well as four day centres where patients are treated in adulthood. In addition, the center includes the two day clinics in Aarau and Baden as well as the “practice for your mental health” in Zofingen.

Tasks

• They receive patients and operate the telephone
• They write medical-psychiatric reports as well as general correspondence from Diktaphon
• They collect, control and maintain patient and billing data as well as organize and coordinate appointments after written registration
• You manage the electronic health history management in the KIS/Orbis
• They assume general administrative and organisational secretarial tasks

Profile

• Commercial education with experience in a comparable function, ideally in the medical environment
• Further training as doctor secretary of advantage
• Stylistic German and joy in writing reports
• Enjoyment of patient contact and a pronounced service orientation
• Reliable, exact and independent working methods as well as teamwork and resilience
• High IT affinity
