- You have around 8-12+ years of experience in Product Management, including meaningful leadership responsibility.
- You have successfully owned and scaled digital products, preferably in marketplaces, classifieds, platforms, or other consumer-facing businesses.
- A degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field is helpful, but not a must.
- We also value candidates with non-traditional, interdisciplinary, or hands-on product backgrounds. Product and business skills

- You understand consumer behavior, funnels, growth mechanics, and how to use data to make better product decisions.
- You are able to work at both strategic and executional levels; from shaping product direction to ensuring high-quality delivery.
