- As our IT Executive Support Expert , you will revolutionize the digital workplace by delivering a seamless, high-touch, and exceptional IT experience for senior leadership and key stakeholders. The Opportunity
- Act as a digital enabler and owner of the digital employee experience for our business colleagues and respective site operations.
- Deliver personalized, high-touch IT support for senior leadership across on-site, off-site, and virtual communications to ensure uninterrupted operational continuity.
- Manage complex logistical IT requirements for international travel and relocation, ensuring smooth end-to-end support for VIP stakeholders.
- Drive proactive workplace solutions and process improvements by leveraging digital analytical tools (such as Nexthink and ServiceNow).
- Oversee incident and request management processes , analyzing trends to consistently meet SLAs and drive continuous service improvements.
- Lead IT hardware lifecycle management and deskside support services , driving high-quality support and guidance for site events and meetings.
- Partner with product teams to enable standard workplace infrastructure , executing both global and local deployment projects across the organization.
- Support local Dawn Raid and Global Crisis Management teams , while participating in the 24/7 hotline support rotation (approximately 1 week every 6 weeks). Who you are
