- Maintain oversight of the Continuous Improvement (CI) projects and tasks and the respective departmental workload.

- Coordinate resolution of cross-functional technical issues impacting product delivery for commercial supply.
- Track CI project progress against timelines, deliverables, and resources and proactively identify execution risks.

- Support CI project teams in maintaining focus on commitments and deadlines.
- Escalate critical issues requiring management intervention. Cross-Functional Coordination
- Facilitate collaboration on CI projects and tasks between the IPT and partner functions such as: Manufacturing Operations Quality Assurance Regulatory Affairs CMC Supply Chain
- Coordinate communication on CI project status, priorities, and risks via existing systems and tools Leadership Support
- Serve as an advisor to the Process Science Lead on operational matters.
- Support budget tracking and expenditure monitoring.
- Coordinate departmental communications and organizational updates.
- Drive follow-up and accountability for key departmental commitments.
- Act as representative of Process Science in designated operational meetings, as assigned. Minimum Requirements
