Bewerbungsprozess
- Validate and apply novel in vitro systems (incl. microphysiological systems, organoids, “organ-on-a-chip”) for the assessment of new targets or therapeutic agents that can be leveraged to address bleeding disorders
- state-of-the-art imaging technologies (e.g. confocal imaging) to the analysis of in vitro test systems utilizing patient plasma and blood
- Collaboratively design, execute, and interpret data from in vitro and ex vivo experiments, to assess the efficacy, safety and mode of action of novel therapies in the area of bleeding disorders
- Concisely present experimental data to the group during regular team meetings
- Continuously improve test systems, treatment, analysis, and data evaluation.
- Contribute to work process optimization including data capture, storage and assay automation
- Work closely with all members of the group, share duties, maintain a clean work environment and actively contribute to the positive work atmosphere within the group Who You Are

- We're currently looking for a diligent and highly motivated Research Associate to join our non-malignant hematology group.
- As part of a larger team, you will design and execute in vitro and ex vivo experiments to evaluate the efficacy, safety and mode of action of novel therapies for bleeding disorders such as hemophilia and Von Willebrand Disease.
