- You will respect and actively promote all security and cash-handling protocols to protect the Maison's assets. What will make you successful:
- You bring 6+ years of documented success in high-end sales, with a proven track record of managing and closing significant VIC and VVIC portfolios.
- You have built or managed a substantial personal client book of ultra-high-net-worth individuals and demonstrated consistent ability to close complex, high-value transactions.
- You possess a genuine, working knowledge of the luxury watch market, who the competitors are, what collectors value, and where the market is moving.
- You are a skilled closer.
- You can read a client and bring high-ticket sales to completion without pressure or compromise.
- You work independently and hold yourself accountable.
- You don't need supervision to execute.
- You set your own targets and hit them.
