- Provide legal advice to address and manage local legal issues and regulatory requirements in relation to a proposed corporate transaction.
- Address potential conflicts between management and legal entity view by either aligning the two views or by actively identifying and managing the divergence. Commercial Legal – Insurance:
- In conjunction with Procurement and Vendor Management, advise the business on laws and regulation related to the full range of non-insurance related commercial activities, from sourcing, procurement, vendor management, and data protection, and facilitate establishing and support executing the related activities. Business Travel, as required
- Extended Hours during Peak Periods, as required Regular Predictable Attendance Visibility in the Office, as required Basic Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor and 6 or more years of experience in the Legal area AND Member of the Bar Knowledge of NILS, Lexis or Westlaw Preferred Qualifications: Insurance Industry experience
- Strong organizational and analytical skills Excellent communication skills
