- Your New Responsibilities Strategy & Market Development
- Define and own the SI B Data Center vertical strategy , aligned with global Siemens direction and SI B commercial ambitions
- Develop a comprehensive market segmentation framework across all regions and segments - hyperscale, colocation, enterprise, AI Factory, and Neo Clouds
- Identify white spaces, growth paths, and emerging customer archetypes to continuously evolve SI B's market position
- Translate strategy into clear, actionable execution plans with defined milestones and KPIs Go-To-Market & Business Development
- Define and implement go-to-market strategies for targeted segments and geographies, ensuring broad and effective market coverage
- Build a strategic network of channel partners, system integrators, and ecosystem players to scale reach and execution
- Drive pipeline creation, customer engagement, and investment proposals for new growth opportunities - including Neo Cloud and AI Factory operators Portfolio & Offering Development
- Lead the market introduction of new SI B portfolio offerings , translating customer and market needs into actionable inputs for product and solution development
- Collaborate with Business Units to co-create differentiated value propositions with a strong focus on digitalization, energy efficiency, and operational resilience
