Come usare questo indice
Come è costruito questo indice. Le offerte mostrate sono il sotto-insieme di annunci attivi sul nostro job-board che hanno superato la deduplicazione cross-crawler (40+ ATS aziendali, portali ufficiali, API pubbliche): ogni offerta ha una pagina dettaglio con descrizione completa, retribuzione (quando dichiarata), tipo di contratto, sede e link diretto al canale di candidatura del datore. La paginazione preserva l'ordine alfabetico per slug canonico, così frontalieri che cercano un ruolo specifico ritrovano la stessa posizione settimana dopo settimana, e i motori di ricerca possono crawlare l'intero archivio in modo deterministico.
Come usarlo da frontaliere. Per ottimizzare la ricerca di lavoro come frontaliere combina questa lista con tre filtri concettuali: distanza dalla tua provincia di residenza al lavoro (puntare ai valichi più scorrevoli — Brogeda per Mendrisiotto/Luganese, Stabio per chi parte da Varese, Gaggiolo per il Mendrisiotto da sud), settore (alcune categorie come sanità, ingegneria e finanza hanno tassi di assunzione di frontalieri >60 %, mentre pubblica amministrazione e settori regolamentati hanno restrizioni di residenza più strette) e fascia salariale (vai sulla pagina settoriale per vedere il minimo–mediana–massimo della tua categoria). Perché questo indice esiste e a chi serve. La pagina alfabetica delle offerte è il backbone navigazionale del job-board: i frontalieri trovano subito un ruolo specifico (es. "tornitore CNC", "infermiere SACD"), i motori di ricerca crawlano in profondità l'archivio senza dipendere da JavaScript e gli aggregatori di feed fiscali hanno un punto stabile da cui costruire alert. Il flusso ottimale per chi cerca lavoro come frontaliere è: aprire la pagina del ruolo specifico → leggere mansionario, sede e tipologia contrattuale → confrontare il lordo dichiarato con il netto stimato dal calcolatore stipendio (Permesso G, ritenuta cantonale, contributi sociali) → considerare i costi del pendolarismo prima di decidere.
Aggiornamenti e segnalazioni.
