- Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external customers
- To proactively handle third party claims aiming to settle cases within optimum time scales
- Investigation and evaluation of liability and quantum to achieve the desired resolution for all claims handled
- Our full-time working hours are 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday between the hours of 8am – 6pm.
- No weekends, late nights, or bank holiday working, we also offer a hybrid working model so once you’re up to speed you can work from home if you prefer, up to 50% of the time.
