- Minimum 8 years of experience in field service or engineering with Power Generation System know how, Embedded Software and Control
- Hardware plus Power Electronics (Experience with excitation systems is required)
- Fluency in English, any other languages like German, French, or Spanish are an asset
- Intrinsic attitude to drive innovation and improvement
