- Install, configure, maintain, and decommission server and network equipment
- Data center or IT infrastructure experience Server hardware and networking knowledge
- Reliable and professional with strong communication Proximity to local data center facilities
Responsabilités principales
- Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, maintain, and decommission server and network equipment
- Perform structured cabling, including copper and fiber optic cabling
- Execute hardware deployments, replacements, and break/fix
- Perform rack-and-stack, de-racking, and equipment relocation
- Troubleshoot hardware, connectivity, and infrastructure issues
- Perform power cycling and other onsite technical tasks
- Maintain accurate documentation, ticket updates, and asset records
- Follow MOPs, SOPs, safety procedures, and client requirements
- Coordinate with remote engineering, operations, NOC, customer, and vendor teams
