Responsabilités principales
- Drive the long-term User Experience (UX) goal for YouTube Studio and Creator Support, ensuring alignment across YouTube.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing, multi-disciplinary UX team across Zurich and Bangalore, fostering a collaborative culture.
- Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Research, and Content Design to influence stakeholders and align regional strategies.
- Advocate for scalable design systems while leveraging AI capabilities to enhance creator workflows and experience consistency.
- Maintain high visual and interaction quality standards while making informed product decisions grounded in creator needs.
