Entreprise et contexte
- The role will take care of a wide range of organizational protection responses to prevent, detect and support corrective actions to reduce negative business impacts.
- The role includes providing support and advice to all areas of the business in relation to physical security advisory, security incident & emergency management, travel risk, executive protection services and product crime investigations.
- The SSO will play a pivotal role in building local resilience by supporting local senior management and business functions, as well as supporting effective response and recovery principles. What you’ll do Security Governance and Compliance
- Support adherence to global security standards, local regulations, and industry best practices at the site
- Management of outsourced security services, ensuring high performance and compliance with contractual obligations
- Ensure local compliance with all relevant regulations and standards related to product security, including serialization, track-and-trace requirements, and anti-counterfeiting measures
- Elaboration /issuing/ update of the site security risk assessment, policy, handbook, concepts, procedures, Checklists etc.
- Implement and maintain robust security protocols in warehousing and distribution
- Supervises internal security employees as well as external security service providers Stakeholder Engagement and Communication
- Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, including site senior management, SHE Officer, government agencies, law enforcement, and other relevant organizations
