- Establish and execute a global strategy for indirect materials and services procurement within Givaudan in order to manage spend as effectively as possible

- Your main responsibilities will include: IM&S strategy development and execution
- Establish and execute a global strategy for indirect materials and services procurement within Givaudan in order to manage spend as effectively as possible
Entreprise et contexte
- You will lead & develop Regional Heads & Senior Global Category Managers and manage a skilled, efficient, diverse and performance driven IM&S organization.
- The role offers direct exposure to and close collaboration with senior executive leadership while representing Procurement in key strategic initiatives.
- You will report directly to the Chief Procurement & Sustainability Officer.
- You will be based in Vernier or Kemptthal, Zürich.
- Work with IM&S organization and stakeholders to ensure strategy is understood, adapted to business requirements and gives transparency of spend, compliance and performance
- Take responsibility for the overall establishment and delivery of IM&S savings targets
- Drive compliance through the development, maintenance and follow-up of appropriate corporate IM&S policies.
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and guidance to IM&S Regional Managers and Category Managers along with development, training and promotion opportunities based on performance
- Develop solid succession plans and stand-out leaders for key positions within the IM&S organization
- Develop collaboration within and across regions within the IM&S procurement organization Sustainability Sponsor Scope 3 roadmap for IM&S

- Minimum 7 years of proven leadership experience in an international environment Knowledge of F&F/FMCG/Chemical industry
